|Recommended: YesNice Apartment — It is a nice community and apartment complex to live in. The interior design of the unit is optimal. It is clean and well maintained. Can be efficiently heated and cooled. Noise isolation is not perfect, however. You can hear your next door neighbours walking in their units. The windows are a bit small so that the unit does not receive enough daylight.
Overall, it is a convenient option for families staying short to medium terms.

|Recommended: YesIt’s nice — Living here is great. The walls are a little thin so hearing the children through the walls isnt great At all hours of the day, but other than that, it’s pretty nice.

|Recommended: YesThis property is very homely and very well-kept. — Living in these apartments is very convenient. Being a student at UC Davis, I have access to bus lines and the school itself. The property is well taken care of and all complaints problems are taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious and are easily made to feel like home.
